OpenTalks.AI is an international independent Open conference on Artificial intelligence. Started in 2018 from 600 participants, now it is well known conference on AI/ML in Western Europe, gathering 1000+ participants with a community of 5,000+ professionals.

Since 2023 OpenTalks.AI became a reunion point for Russian speaking AI/ML community, that is now dissipated all over the world.

OpenTalks.AI is a conference with top level speakers and talks, precise moderation, great networking and a cool afterparty with live music!

2 days, 100+ speakers, 3 tracks: business, R&D, academic

We gather business, academic and R&D talks in one conference, covering every topic in the area. All talks, including business, are selected through Call For Proposals. Selected speakers do not pay any fees and enjoy a lot of privileges.

OpenTalks.AI-2026 is structured in 4 blocks: AI-agents, LLM, GenAI, RL. Each block has several sessions and a main stage talk with overview of 2025's key works, given by leading specialists in the field.

    UPMC professor of Computer Science in the Machine Learning Department, School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. Ruslan works in the field of statistical machine learning. His research interests include Deep Learning, Probabilistic Graphical Models, and Large-scale Optimization.
  • Dr. Eugene
    Izhikevich
    SpikeCore, San Diego, CA.
    AI and computational neuroscience researcher. Co-founder of Brain Corp, founder of Scholarpedia, CEO of SpikeCore (San Diego, CA). Known for seminal work on spiking neural models and brain-inspired AI.
  • Alexander
    Novikov
    He completed his graduate studies under the scientific supervision of Dmitry Vetrov and Ivan Oseledets, doing research at the intersection of tensor methods and machine learning. Works as a senior research scientist at DeepMind, in the field of offline RL.

OpenTalks.AI is hold in English. We recommend to make talks in English, however we expect couple of talks in Russian, but syncro-translation will be available.
